Chapter 7 legal fees can vary greatly depending on the complexity of your case.

Chapter 13 legal fees are controlled with guidelines issued by the local Bankruptcy Court. Legal fees are based on a percentage of monies funded into your Chapter 13 Plan, with a cap not to exceed a set dollar amount. As a result, use an attorney you are comfortable and confident in.
