COMPASSION AND UNDERSTANDING

With years of experience, attorney Kiernan M. Crowley understands that the last thing that anyone wants to do is meet with a bankruptcy attorney. Understanding and compassion for clients is knowing that most people find themselves in financial trouble as a result of circumstances beyond their control. Medical bills, divorce, job loss and fixed income are the most common examples.

In today’s poor economy, people from all walks of life are finding it difficult to make ends meet. Incomes are stagnant, while taxes, utilities and food are on the rise.

TIMING

Deciding to file for bankruptcy is a difficult decision. Attorney Kiernan M. Crowley believes the proper timing is a critical component in deciding when and whether to file bankruptcy. Always work from a position of strength. Know what your legal rights are. Proper planning and timing can save clients money, protect assets from creditors and stop harassment.
